• Turnaround Time: Initial design concept delivered within 3 business days.

• Deliverables: Concept sketches, production drawings, and precise technical specifications.

• Revisions Included: Up to 3 rounds of design modifications and updated technical drawings included free of charge to refine every detail until you are completely satisfied.

• Additional Revisions: Beyond the 3 complimentary revisions, additional design modifications are billed at $50.00 USD per revision.

Service Terms & Customization Credit

• Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the personalized and labor-intensive nature of custom design work, the design fee becomes strictly non-refundable once the design process has commenced.

• $100 Customization Credit: When you approve the final design and proceed with manufacturing the custom piece with us, $100.00 USD of your design fee will be credited directly toward your final product invoice.

• Credit Eligibility: The $100 credit applies exclusively toward the purchase of the manufactured product resulting from the design. If you choose not to proceed with production, the credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
